Crystal Healing for Beginners
 
First off, let’s look at our 5 Step Process to start working with your crystals.  This only takes a few seconds or minutes.
 
Select the crystal you are going to work with and hold it in your hand
Look at and admire your crystal.  Appreciate what the crystal has gone through to end up in your hands.  Crystals can be millions of years old.  Imagine what it has gone through in all that time.
With that appreciation in your heart, ask the crystal if it is open to working with you, if you don’t feel anything yet, trust in your crystal that it will be working for you.
Imagine the crystal being in a bright white light being cleansed and uplifted
Ask your crystal to serve you in your highest most loving good as you mediate, wear it or place it in your pocket.
 
Repeat these steps each time you want to work with your crystals.
